We have received many customer inquiries on the potential impact of tariffs on Tower Products’ prices and on prices on products produced in our new location in Jacksonville, FL. Tower Products remains committed to providing the highest quality pressroom chemistry at competitive prices in both our locations.

Tower has been reluctant to comment on the ongoing situation – we did not want to add additional noise to an already noisy situation when we did not have anything concrete to share. However, due to the volume of requests, we would like to share the following to help our customers plan for the next few months:

• The preponderance of our supply chain (our suppliers and our suppliers’ suppliers) is domestic and we received initial assurances that there would be no impact.
• More recently, we have heard that there are specific specialty ingredients which will be impacted, and secondary impacts to items such as raw materials packaging.
• Should developments arise which require us to pass on new categories of cost, we will be transparent regarding the underlying causes.
• We are now relatively certain that we will see material increases in key raw materials or pass through items related to UV/LED coatings as well as automatic blanket wash cloth (dry and pre-saturated), although we are not yet certain when or how much.

Tower Products is committed to maintaining as much price stability as possible and commits to transparency and fairness as we determine what we must pass on. We will not pre-emptively pass on anything which we have not seen in writing from our suppliers.

Because our suppliers and suppliers’ suppliers are struggling to understand which tariffs will apply to their businesses, the magnitude of those tariffs, and the timeline on which those tariffs will be imposed, we are not yet prepared to comment on the specific products, magnitude, and timing.
